Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Review and enhance the learning & talent development framework and mechanisms in accordance with the Bank's strategy and talent development agenda to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools.
- →Manage various talent development projects / initiatives in an end-to-end manner for Hong Kong and ASEAN region.
- →Act as a talent management / organizational development business partner for Personal Banking and Cooperate Banking department etc.) and provide effective learning and development solutions.
- →Manage the implementation of Enhanced Competency Framework driven by HKMA.
- →Manage Continuous Professional Development / Training for intermediaries to fulfill the regulatory requirements.
- →Work closely with University, external learning vendors and providers to explore learning resources and solutions proactively.
- →Handle various ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, psychology, public relations, communications disciplines preferred.
- 4-5 years' relevant experience in L&D of Banking, Financial sectors or sizable Mainland Corporations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong at data analysis and report / proposal writing.
- Strong sense of ownership and customer-centric. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with Photoshop and other graphic / video editing software will be preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy / Assistant Human Resources Manager.
