Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Personal Lines Team. You’ll work closely with agents and staff to support quoting, processing, and servicing personal lines accounts. This is a customer service-focused role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Enter client information into AMS360 accurately and efficiently
- Perform personal lines quoting and processing
- Assist agents with marketing and re-marketing efforts
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, fax, mail, and in person
- Process policy changes, binders, and replacement cost estimators
- Organize and track quoting processes and follow-ups
- Support administrative tasks and team operations as needed
Qualifications
- Preferred: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Required: 1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Proficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance management systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
