We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience to service an existing book of business within our company working closely with a commercial producer. The right candidate will be responsible for managing commercial insurance customers, including analyzing and maintaining appropriate coverage, increasing market share and improving customer retention. We are looking for candidates who want to work in an exciting environment and constantly strive to improve their skill set and professional knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving annual agency sales goals.
- Understand product line offerings and market trends.
- Proactively identify, respond to, and resolve issues and opportunities.
- Stay knowledgeable about the industry, competitors, and marketplace trends.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Salary Range: Based on experience. Includes new business commission opportunity.
