Our Client Security Operations Center protects members around the clock, and Enterprise Relationship Managers are how our enterprise clients experience that protection at the account level. In this role you build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients, learn their business and their needs, and support their cybersecurity efforts so they get the full value of BlackCloak.

You work closely with our Sales, Delivery, and Security teams so onboarding and implementation are seamless from the very beginning, and you stay with clients across their whole journey. You monitor accounts, spot potential issues early, share updates and utilization highlights, and bring client feedback back to the teams that build and deliver our services.

You take real pride in building relationships that last, and you are motivated by outcomes like retention, onboarding, and utilization. You are eager to deepen your knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy, and this is a place to do that.
