Join an innovative technology company using AI to help first responders save lives on the water. Grow your career in technology sales at the leading edge of artificial intelligence and public safety, selling a product that makes a real difference when every minute counts.
VodaSafe develops AquaEye Pro, a handheld sonar system that uses artificial intelligence to help rescue teams locate people underwater. Our mission is to turn hours of searching into minutes, and give first responders the tools to act quickly when every minute matters.
As Regional Sales Manager, you own the revenue target for your territory. You'll work directly with fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and search and rescue teams, alongside dealers, distributors, and sales representatives, to drive growth.
Our SDR team qualifies inbound and outbound leads and hands them to you. From there, you own each deal through evaluation, demonstration, quoting, and close. You'll also develop your own opportunities through partners, events, and existing customer relationships.
Our sales process is consultative and hands-on. You'll learn how each team operates, understand the gaps they need to address, and show how AquaEye supports their mission. Much of that work happens in the field, where customers experience the technology for themselves.
Public safety buying takes patience. Many purchases move through annual budgets, grant funding, formal quotes, and council or board approval. You'll help customers navigate that process and keep deals moving.
