Responsibilities

→Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
→Conduct discovery to deeply understand client business challenges and objectives.
→Present and demonstrate the Braze platform’s capabilities tailored to customers needs.
→Partner with internal teams including Solutions Consulting and Customer Success to ensure customer success.
→Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
