Its platform, Market Brew, builds custom search engine models which can show SEO teams exactly what changes will impact their search positions the most, and which aren't worth doing, eliminating the inefficiencies and delays that plague most SEO efforts. The platform also allows SEO teams to test, for the first time, the future impact of their changes (whether for SEO or design or other reasons) for search position impact before they are brought live. Brewco is a new joint venture between the developer of Market Brew and an experienced team of SaaS, AI and SEO professionals. We offer our employees the chance to participate as an early start-up employee, with a product that has been proven over 10+ years by top enterprises and their agencies. Brewco is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and operates as a remote business, with employees in the US and Australia. ABOUT THE ROLE Brewco is seeking a talented Sales Director to join our founding team and ramp up our sales effort by responding to and building upon our rapidly growing pipeline of enterprises and top agencies that offer SEO services. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, high-energy new business sales person to be on the front line with a high tech company identifying, winning and growing key target customers. The Sales Director will report directly to the CEO and co-founder of the company. This is a remote position, based in North America. What you will do: • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close • Develop and manage relationships with prospects and existing customers through a combination of out-bound efforts and in-person meetings • Demonstrate our products and identify the specific needs of the customer (e.g., platform license, managed services, strategic partnership) • Close business and work on upselling • Develop and implement an enterprise account plan for specific target industries • Develop and implement an agency account plan • Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, • Provide ongoing sales reporting through our CRM system • Develop outbound e-mail campaigns for lead generation, working with the marketing team • Effectively partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure a high level of collaboration and teamwork to drive business goals Requirements • 5+ years managing software sales to enterprises and/or agencies • Experience in marketing technology, ideally in search engine optimization • Experience in start-up businesses and opening new markets • Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals • Proven track record in prospecting and closing in greenfield accounts • Experience in accurately for forecasting sales revenue • Ability to identify strategic client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client • Great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment across the company • Based in North America We want to hear from you!
