Jr. Sales Agent – Brightway, The Rankins-Regency Agency (Jacksonville, FL)

Brightway Insurance is hiring a Jr. Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Rankins-Regency Agency (Jacksonville, FL). You don't need years of insurance experience to succeed — Brightway is looking for motivated, competitive, driven individuals who want to build a career in sales and are willing to learn. • →Learn and apply consultative insurance sales techniques
• →Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency
• →Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• →Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
• →Assist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
• →Learn insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines
• →Maintain accurate customer and prospect records
• →Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
• →Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
• →Work toward individual sales and production goals

• Previous sales, customer-facing, hospitality, retail, or service experience preferred
• Insurance experience helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with prospective customers
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to learn insurance products and apply coverage information
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
• Must be willing to obtain the appropriate Florida insurance license
