This is a full-time, benefited position that offers competitive pay of $20.32 per hour. All benefits start on the first day! As an Office Specialist for the Sheriff’s Department at Cache County Corp, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential clerical duties. A typical day in this role may involve filing important documents, assisting the public with inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, and efficiently answering phone calls. You will operate a computer to complete tasks, fill out necessary forms, and compose and type correspondence.
A key responsibility will be managing GRAMA requests, ensuring transparency and compliance in public records management. This position offers a chance to actively contribute to the department while honing your administrative skills in a professional and energetic environment.
To excel as an Office Specialist for the Sheriff’s Department at Cache County Corp, candidates should possess a strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with database applications. A minimum of two years of general office experience is required to ensure a solid foundation in administrative tasks.
