Capco is seeking a junior Business Analyst / Project Management Consultant to support the Data by Design workstream for a strategic client engagement. The role requires an individual who can effectively bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, managing stakeholder interactions, and supporting delivery activities across the project lifecycle.

• →Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• →Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications
• →Support project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking activities
• →Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect management
• →Collaborate closely with Business & Functions (B&F) stakeholders and technology teams
• →Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and status updates
• →Support implementation and change management activities
• →Ensure timely and quality delivery of project outcomes

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Management Consultant, or similar role
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Hands-on experience in writing user stories and supporting Agile delivery
• Experience performing UAT and stakeholder coordination
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams
• Experience within Financial Services or consulting environments is preferred
