Senior Human Resources Generalist

Pay Range: $85,000-$90,000K/yr (Based on experience)

• →Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• →Conduct workplace investigations and provide sound, compliant recommendations.
• →Coach leaders through complex people situations and organizational change.
• →Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• →Analyze HR trends and recommend process improvements.
• →Administer core HR programs, including performance reviews, terminations, and compensation support.

What We're Looking For•5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience (required).•Knowledge of employment law in any of the following preferred: California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.•Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.•Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions with confidence.•Comfortable working independently while building strong partnerships across the organization.•PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

•Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus.
