We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will bring more than 3 years of experience in sales, in freight forwarding industry.

We’re looking for a confident negotiator who treats every client like a partner and every target like a personal challenge.

Are you ready to show your best game ? (not only in sales results, we are also into sports ;-)

Min. of 3 years of work experience in sales

Commercial education at higher level

Deep industrial knowledge is considered as advantage

Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Category B driver’s license

Proficiency in SPOT and CRM systems, including the ability to train others on these platforms

Experience in business development (sales)

Strong negotiation skills

Highly sales-oriented mindset

Self-confidence and a proactive approach

Positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients

Professional conduct and appearance

Willingness and ability for business travels

Active sales and business development within defined field of responsibility

Executing personal sales and business development activities

Acquisition of new clients, developing portfolio

Representing interest of the Company before 3rd parties

Presenting services

Cooperation with other organizational units with other departments within the Company

Dynamic, international and multicultural work environment
