Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with builders, contractors, and design professionals

  • Generate new sales leads and expand accounts

  • Estimate and price cabinetry packages for builder developments and individual projects

  • Manage sales projects from inception to completion, including follow-ups on installations and delivery timelines

  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as the liaison between internal departments, installation crews, and clients

  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of sales orders, project installations, and resolution of issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct cabinetry sales experience

  • Solid understanding of project management principles in the kitchen and bath sector

  • High-level communication, customer service, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment and effectively follow up on project milestones

  • Strong computer proficiency (order entry systems, Microsoft Office, email communication, file management)

  • Experience with countertops (stone, laminate, solid surface) is a plus

  • Post-secondary education in design, architecture, construction management, or business is preferred

  • Local travel up to 10% is required for site visits, builder meetings, and installations

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package and performance-based incentives
