As our Founding SDR, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Founding AE to generate pipeline from high-intent accounts and help define what great outbound looks like at Chatbase. This is not a “follow-the-script” SDR role.
As our Founding SDR, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Founding AE to generate pipeline from high-intent accounts and help define what great outbound looks like at Chatbase. This is not a “follow-the-script” SDR role. You’ll help sharpen our ICP, build the outbound playbook, and lay the foundation the sales team will scale on. Crush it and there's a clear path to transitioning to closing deals an AE.

1–3 years in an SDR / BDR / outbound role
Highly driven and competitive, but also curious and thoughtful
Comfortable working fast in ambiguity and taking ownership
