  • →Leading client relationships: Build trusted partnerships, understand your clients' businesses and provide confident, proactive advice and recommendations.
  • →Owning delivery: Take end-to-end responsibility for projects and workstreams, leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work, on time and on budget.

We're looking for someone who's ready to step up, take responsibility and make things happen.

You'll bring:

  • Proven account management experience within a healthcare communications agency, ideally at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and challenge constructively.
  • Experience leading complex projects across the promotional mix, with a commitment to outstanding quality and delivery.
  • Sound commercial judgement, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, profitability and project scope.
  • Strategic and creative curiosity, with the ability to translate client challenges into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical review and approval processes, including Veeva PromoMats and relevant industry codes.
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues, bringing teams together to solve problems and deliver great work.
  • Above all, a proactive mindset, a strong sense of accountability and the ambition to contribute to the wider success of the business.

At Cherry, we're passionate about creating exceptional healthcare communications and building long-term, trusted partnerships with our clients.

We work with leading international pharmaceutical and healthcare brands across a broad range of therapy areas and challenges, from bringing innovative new treatments to market to helping established brands evolve and thrive.

It's interesting, complex and rewarding work, and it takes more than great account management to deliver it.

We believe the strongest client partnerships are built through curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to challenge thinking. You'll work closely with talented colleagues across Strategy, Creative and other specialist disciplines, bringing different perspectives together to develop solutions that make a real impact.

We want our Senior Account Managers to be more than excellent project leaders. We want people who think commercially, bring ideas, identify opportunities and take an active role in growing our client relationships and shaping the future of our business.

You'll be encouraged to take ownership, challenge constructively and develop your leadership capabilities, with the support of experienced colleagues who are equally passionate about doing great work.

We're proud to have been recognised as a Great Place to Work for six consecutive years, including recognition for Best Workplace for Women, Wellbeing, and Consulting & Professional Services.
