We are seeking a highly motivated, phone-first Account Executive with proven success in a high-volume, transactional sales environment selling SaaS to residential real estate agents across North America. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive cold calling experience, thrives on live conversations, and knows how to create urgency, handle objections, and close deals efficiently—often in a one-call close sales motion.
As an Account Executive at Real Geeks, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities quickly, presenting the value of our platform with confidence, and converting leads into paying customers. You should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, working with inbound interest, controlling the sales conversation, and driving prospects toward a clear buying decision.
This is a performance-driven role for a closer who is energized by activity, accountability, and results. The right candidate will have a strong sales mentality, excellent phone presence, sharp objection-handling skills, and a track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, highly transactional sales environment.The value proposition of our products and services and guiding potential customers through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, website inquiries, SDR’s, and phone calls.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the goals and requirements of potential customers.
- Product Education: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Real Geeks' products and services to potential customers.
- Solution Selling: Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer, emphasizing the benefits and ROI.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads.
- Sales Process: Guide leads through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and overcoming objections to close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
- Customer Success: Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the customer success team for onboarding and ongoing support.
- Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in software sales or real estate technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and empathy, with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

- $50k salary
- On Target Commission $160k+ (100% quota attainment MoM) uncapped commission
