We are looking for hungry, tech-savvy sales professionals who want the backing of a premier brand. This is a W2 position designed for those who want 100% control over their income without the 1099 headaches.

● Realistic Year 1: $125,000 – $250,000

● 100% Commission: Full control of your income with no salary caps.

● Speed to Pay: Bi-weekly commissions with partial payouts before installation. Get paid when you sell.

● The Tech Stack: We provide cutting-edge 3D design software to build spa-like retreats in real-time.

We aren't just looking for a rep; we’re looking for future leaders.

● Months 1-6 | Junior: Master the 3D design process and consultative flow ($125K – $180K annual pace).

● Months 7-18 | Senior: Refine high-ticket closing techniques ($180K – $250K annual pace).

● Year 2+ | Lead: Opportunity to train new consultants, first look for management opportunities ($250K+ annual pace).

● The Hunger: You’re motivated by a high-commission ceiling and have a 'win-the-day' mentality.

● The Skill: Proven track record in sales (in-home experience is a plus, but we value talent over tenure).

● The Professionalism: High-level communication skills and a clean appearance.

● The Flexibility: Willingness to meet buyers when they are home (evenings and Saturdays).

● The Tech-Fluency: Comfortable using iPads and design software.

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

● Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

● Personal iPad for utilizing our 3D design software.
