At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or a similar commercial/customer-facing role.

A genuine commercial drive with a closing mindset — you know how to be assertive with clients rather than a people-pleaser.

Comfort using data and KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, response rate, etc.) to guide your decisions and prioritize your actions.

Structured thinking and clear communication, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of the Croatian boating/tourism market and its key hubs (Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Istria, Šibenik).
