As an Account Executive in the Engage Commerce team, you'll own the full sales cycle for CM.com's AI-powered customer engagement platform. From first conversation to closed deal. This is a hands-on commercial role where you build real relationships, demonstrate genuine product value, and directly contribute to CM.com's growth in your market. Right now, with AI reshaping how businesses engage with customers, the timing and the opportunity are both real.
Own the full sales cycle. From prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close, across both new and existing accounts.
Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers by deeply understanding their business challenges and showing how CM.com's platform solves them.
Work closely with onboarding specialists, customer success, and product teams to turn deals into lasting customers.
Drive pipeline through smart outreach and sharp qualification, and keep improving your approach based on what you learn.
Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
You have a few years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
You have strong interest in customer service, marketing automation and AI-based solutions
Proactive attitude with a strong drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment
The ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams
Fluency in English and Dutch
Proximity to our HQ in Breda
