Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Sales Engage Team and help us shape the future of customer service, marketing automation, and AI solutions!

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle – from the first conversation to the final handshake. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase CM.com’s innovative solutions, deliver impactful demos, and provide training to empower our customers. Whether you’re helping businesses transform their customer engagement or closing a strategic deal, you’ll play a key role in driving CM.com’s growth.

    Your mission? To become a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers by deeply understanding their needs and demonstrating how CM.com’s Engagement Platform can solve their challenges. You’ll work with cutting-edge solutions like customer service tools, marketing automation, and conversational AI technologies, helping businesses unlock their full potential.

  • Work closely with your colleagues from the Sales Engage Team: young, dynamic, and eager to succeed. The atmosphere is vibrant, and everyone is willing to help each other achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with onboarding specialists and customer success teams to drive opportunities. We advise working with the Product teams to gain insights and a deep understanding of the product portfolio you manage.

  • Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling. Continuously refine your approach to customer engagement and deal closing.

  • Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new approaches, adapt quickly, and continuously improve your strategies.

  • Help shape how this role will look a year from now. This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to the evolution of CM.com’s sales strategy.

    Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans. Your contributions will directly impact CM.com’s ability to grow, helping businesses communicate effectively and elevate their customer engagement.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • A few years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment

  • Strong interest in customer service, marketing automation and AI-based solutions

  • Proactive attitude with a strong drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment

  • The ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams

  • Fluency in English and Dutch

  • Proximity to our HQ in Breda
