The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, increasing sales, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of developing strong corporate and customer partnerships.
Responsibilities

- →Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual customers.
- →Promote furniture products and services to increase sales revenue.
- →Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- →Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- →Follow up on leads and close business deals effectively.
- →Support customer retention and after-sales relationship management.
- →Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- →Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and business activities.
- →Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relationship management.
- Experience in Furniture Retail is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and close business deals effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of sales strategy and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
