Coins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines and has gained the trust of more than 18 million users. Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.

Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales and product teams to design, present, and demonstrate technical solutions to prospective partners, enterprise clients, and key stakeholders. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to bridge the gap between customer needs and Coins.ph’s product capabilities.

Collaborate with the account manager or sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored Coins.ph solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions.

Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help shape product enhancements.

Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution architecture diagrams for clients.

Assist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews.

Stay up to date with Coins.ph’s product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors.

Support the onboarding of new enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain.

Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
