They're not looking for the finished product. They're looking for the raw material. The Role This is where sales careers are built. As an SDR, you'll be the engine behind the global sales team — researching target accounts, prospecting outbound, booking qualified meetings, and feeding a pipeline that drives real closed revenue. You'll get world-class training, top-tier sales tooling, and an incentive structure designed to reward people who go hard. Cultural fit matters here. They want people with GRIT, ambition, and a genuine passion for sales — not just CVs that look the part. What You'll Be Doing Research target accounts and identify the right contacts to pursue Outbound prospect across multiple channels — phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and voice note Leverage tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to maximise output Become a genuine domain and product expert Track your metrics and use data to sharpen your approach Hit your booked and held meetings quota and contribute directly to closed revenue Requirements This role is less about what's on your CV and more about who you are: Coachable — you want to learn and constantly improve GRIT — passion and resilience when the going gets tough Ambitious — you're playing a long game and you know it A strong listener and communicator Not afraid of sales targets — you run toward them Genuinely optimistic — it's a personality trait, not a performance
