The Crewing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management and coordination of crew schedules and administrative operations within the organization. This position is responsible for organizing crew assignments, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between crew members and management to optimize operational efficiency. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to handle documentation, travel arrangements, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. By supporting both crewing logistics and administrative tasks, this position contributes directly to the smooth functioning of daily operations and overall workforce management. The successful candidate will act as a reliable point of contact, balancing multiple priorities to support the team and enhance organizational productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles, preferably within crewing or logistics environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling or database software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in maritime, aviation, or transportation industries involving crew management.
  • Knowledge of travel booking platforms and expense management systems.
