  • 10+ years of technical leadership experience, including 7+ years leading managers, senior individual contributors, or multi-country Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical organizations.
  • A record of leading distributed technical organizations through rapid growth, transformation, changing market conditions, and complex organizational dependencies.
  • Strong technical credibility in cloud-native and distributed-systems architecture, with depth across several of the following domains: accelerated compute, Kubernetes, networking, storage, security, observability, data platforms, or AI/ML workload architecture.

  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and connecting technical strategy to qualified pipeline, technical wins, deal progression, customer adoption, and expansion.
  • A record of hiring, developing, and retaining technical leaders, together with building measurable enablement, accreditation, or continuous-learning programs that close capability gaps.
  • Experience operating a metrics-based field organization, including goals, forecasting, capacity and coverage planning, resource prioritization, business reviews, and performance inspection.
  • Demonstrated ability to align Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, partners, specialist teams, and global leaders without relying solely on positional authority.
