Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Certifications in sales methodologies or technology domains are a plus (nice-to-have)
  • 8–12 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth
  • Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, particularly in SME or mid-market segments
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline through both personal networks and structured team execution
  • Experience managing managers or leading multi-layered sales teams is preferred
  • An existing network within Vietnam's business community is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions such as ERP, cloud, or process automation (nice-to-have)
  • Deep understanding of SME and mid-market business dynamics in Vietnam
  • Familiarity with digital transformation drivers, buying behavior, and decision-making processes
  • Awareness of the competitive landscape within IT services and solution providers
  • Strategic and hands-on; able to operate at both execution and leadership levels
  • Results-driven with strong accountability for revenue outcomes
  • Builds structure and discipline in sales processes while maintaining adaptability
  • Effective at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning teams
