Automotive Cashier Receptionist

Coughlin Ford of Pataskala is currently looking for an Automotive Cashier Receptionist at for the service department. If you consider yourself to be an outgoing, self-motivated individual with a customer focused attitude and work ethic, Coughlin is the right team for you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to service advisors
• Payment Processing: Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, calculate bills, and issue accurate receipts
• Drawer Reconcilement: Balance cash drawers daily, prepare bank deposits, and track daily transaction records
• Administrative Support: File repair orders, answer incoming phone calls, and assist other departments with basic clerical tasks

Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Math & Computer Skills: Basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and familiarity with office technology or dealership software
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle inquiries or complaints with poise
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and friendly personality

• Maintains professional appearance
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
