The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the rigid packaging sector. The role will focus on selling plastic containers, buckets, pails, bottles, jars, caps, closures, and related packaging solutions to manufacturers and corporate clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities with manufacturers, corporates, and industrial clients. Build and manage long-term customer relationships. Identify client packaging needs and recommend suitable product solutions. Conduct professional sales presentations and product discussions. Negotiate pricing, supply contracts, rebates, and commercial terms. Close sales and secure repeat supply agreements. Upsell and cross-sell packaging products where possible. Manage customer follow-ups, complaints, and service-related queries. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities. Work closely with internal production, logistics, and customer service teams. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client feedback. Support achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging, plastics, manufacturing, FMCG, industrial supply, or related sectors. Strong understanding of rigid packaging products such as plastic containers, buckets, pails, bottles, jars, caps, and closures. Knowledge of HDPE, PP, PET, food-grade packaging, and industrial packaging advantageous. Experience selling to manufacturers, corporates, or industrial clients. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer production, packaging, and supply requirements. Commercially aware with good understanding of pricing, margins, contracts, and competitor activity. Strong customer relationship management skills. Self-driven, target-focused, and able to generate new leads. Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
