The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales within the assigned territory, identifying new customers, managing distributors, and growing profitable B2B business with manufacturers and industrial end users. This is a field-based commercial role requiring a self-driven individual capable of opening new markets and representing the company professionally. Key Responsibilities • Develop new customers and expand existing accounts. • Generate sales across industrial chemical market segments. • Manage distributors, agents and key accounts. • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close business. • Develop annual territory and customer plans. • Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends. • Coordinate with logistics, customer service and technical teams. • Achieve agreed sales, margin and collection targets. • Travel extensively within the assigned territory. Preferred Industry Experience • Industrial Chemicals • Petrochemicals • Solvents • Lubricants & Base Oils • Paints & Coatings • Resins & Adhesives • PVC & Polymer Raw Materials • Oilfield Chemicals • Water Treatment Chemicals • Specialty Chemicals Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related discipline. • An MBA in Sales, Marketing or International Business will be an added advantage. • Professional training or certifications in International Sales, Export Management, Key Account Management or Business Development are preferred. • Strong technical understanding of industrial chemicals, petrochemicals, lubricants, base oils, solvents or related products is highly desirable. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience. • Existing customer relationships within the assigned country or region. • Experience selling to manufacturers, distributors and industrial end users. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Commercial understanding of industrial chemical applications. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to travel extensively. • Valid driving licence (where applicable). • English required; French and/or Arabic is an advantage depending on the region. Business Equipment (Mandatory) As this is a hybrid role, candidates must have: • Personal laptop suitable for business use. • Own vehicle for customer visits and business travel. • Business mobile phone with reliable connectivity. • Stable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
