SalesBusiness Development Manager

The Business Development Manager drive business growth by managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to account planning and client retention. Oversee pipeline, CRM, and proposal development to achieve sales targets and revenue KPIs. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and support commercial strategy. Build strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales management process - pipeline, account planning, CRM, and proposal to meet the target
  • Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target
  • Research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend, and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
  • Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume, and efficiency target/KPI
  • Monitor and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all financial and non-financial transaction


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of sales or marketing experience, online sale marketing would be advantageous, lead generates, account management, Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development, trading, retail, distributor industry, and/or logistics is beneficial
  • In charge of rate card and quotation preparation that ensure company profitability target is met
  • Ensure follow up and the latest touchpoint of leads are being monitored
  • Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
