Coordinate CPA/CPL and other performance-based campaign launches, including offers, tracking, creatives and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance, conversion metrics and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams and advertisers to resolve issues and improve results.

Manage advertiser agreements, reporting, billing follow-ups and account documentation.
Monitor account profitability, revenue opportunities and commercial risks.
Maintain accurate account records and communicate clearly with commercial, finance and operational teams.

Experience managing advertiser accounts, commercial relationships or performance-based campaigns.

Working knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPL, conversion rate, ROI and revenue.

Confidence interpreting campaign data and turning insights into commercial actions.

Strong relationship management, negotiation and organizational skills.

A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to move quickly in a commercially focused environment.

Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms and advertiser acquisition is a strong advantage.
