Responsibilities

New Business

→Run face to face sales meetings with key decision makers at private education institutions
→Identify client needs and position the most relevant Okul.com.tr products and services
→Manage proposals, negotiation, and closing
→Own the 15 day follow up period for open opportunities
→Achieve individual new business revenue targets
→Keep complete CRM records of meetings, opportunities, and outcomes
→Monitor the local education ecosystem for new investments and opportunities
→Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to internal teams

Renewal Management

→Plan and manage upcoming renewals within the assigned portfolio
→Review existing partnerships, identify needs, and pursue upsell, cross sell, or down sell opportunities
→Present renewal proposals, negotiate, and close
→Achieve the assigned renewal revenue target

→B2B sales in education, technology, digital services, advertising, media, SaaS, or similar
→Selling to owners, founders, or senior executives of SMEs and mid sized companies
→High volume field meetings with short to mid length sales cycles
→Subscription or recurring contract models, especially renewals and retention

Location: Istanbul, European Side
