CSI Recruiting is working with a growing energy company to identify a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing administrative support to a team of professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and takes pride in creating a professional, welcoming office environment for employees and visitors alike. This is a fully in-office position, located in downtown Fort Worth. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering office and kitchen supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a professional office environment. Coordinate multiple calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and email communications. Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, including IT, telecommunications, building management, and other service providers. Provide administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as needed. Plan and coordinate company events, employee celebrations, and team-building activities. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, equipment setup, building access, and benefits enrollment. Requirements DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of administrative experience; energy or oil & gas industry experience preferred. Enjoys working with people and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. Experience coordinating travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, including managing multiple calendars. Experience with OpenInvoice and accounts payable processes preferred. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Professional, polished, and confident interacting with employees, executives, visitors, and vendors. Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with minimal direction. Able to prioritize effectively, adapt to changing needs, and remain calm under pressure. Team player who is willing to help wherever needed. LOCATION: This is a fully in-office position based in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance are strongly preferred.
