JOB BRIEF As a sales executive, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs · Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media · Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns · Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services · Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data · Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients · Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships · Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers · Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets · Uphold rapport with clients and prospects · Nurture new sales leads to secure business · Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients · Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction · Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the company · Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one. · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences · Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections · Collaborate with team members to achieve better results · Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements · Proven work experience as a Sales Representative · Excellent knowledge of MS Office · Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships · Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales · Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills · Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills · Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs · Relationship management skills and openness to feedback · Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
