HealthKey is hiring 2 founding Account Executives to build the outbound GTM motion in Austin. This is a true hunter role — not an inbound AE seat. The team wants full-cycle sellers who will source, qualify, demo, and close their own pipeline while helping build the sales playbook from scratch.

  • Own full-cycle outbound sales from prospecting through close
  • Source, qualify, demo, and close $50K–$250K deals
  • Maintain 50+ dials per day minimum
  • Manage pilot conversions (1–2 month pilots)
  • Travel to ~10 U.S. conferences annually for pipeline generation
  • Build foundational GTM process for future sales hires
  • Partner directly with Head of Sales in a founding sales environment

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of sales experience
  • SDR/BDR foundation plus AE closing experience strongly preferred
  • Consistent quota overachievement
  • Outbound hunter mentality — comfortable sourcing own pipeline with no SDR support initially
  • Comfortable with 50+ daily dials
  • Founding GTM and builder mentality
  • Based in Austin or willing to relocate immediately
  • U.S. work authorization required — no sponsorship

Strong signals include healthcare SaaS or healthtech experience, early-stage startup or founding AE experience, conference-driven pipeline generation, high-velocity outbound environments, SDR/BDR who crushed quota and earned AE progression, and AEs who still actively hunt rather than relying on inbound.
