The role of Office Manager/Scheduler for Assisted Living and In-Home Care for DaySpring Services could be the right fit for you.

The Office Manager/Scheduler uses their experience, education, and skills to assist the DaySpring Services Leadership Team to be efficient and effective.

Experience:
  • Experience in office management and scheduling is required.
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, and in-home care is strongly preferred.

Education:
  • Associates degree or higher in related field preferred.

Schedule:
Base hours are:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Monday to Friday and flexible as needed.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Have a passion and desire to work with older adults and their families.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic office setting.
  • First point of contact: answering calls and greeting guests.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor who remains calm and creates  a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Must enjoy all aspects of scheduling process: creating, organizing, and maintaining full staffing coverage for Assisted Living and In-Home Care.
  • As leadership, is a part of the on-call rotation and includes an on-call bonus.
  • Required to secure staffing coverage after hours when on call.
  • Must possess strong leadership ability with professional judgement, integrity, initiative and organizational, decision-making, and creative-thinking skills.
  • Good time management and ability to plan strategically.
  • Must be detail-oriented, anticipate needs, and complete tasks independently.
  • Responsible for duties requiring proficient computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and basic WordPress skills (for website management).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are crucial.
  • Keeps file systems, records, and policies organized.
  • Provides tours and information when needed.
  • Assumes duties as directed by the DaySpring Administrator to ensure organizational needs are met and run with excellence.
