Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and goals.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews.
- Proactively identify new opportunities that help clients grow.
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Continuously evaluate performance and recommend optimizations that improve ROI.
- Collaborate with our talented creative, digital, strategy, and technical teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- Clients view you as a trusted business advisor.
- Marketing programs consistently deliver measurable business impact.
- Client relationships continue to grow through proactive ideas and strategic guidance.
- Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.
- Internal teams enjoy working with you because you bring clarity, accountability, and collaboration.
You're naturally curious, strategic, and relationship-driven. You enjoy understanding how best to grow businesses and translating that knowledge into marketing strategies.
You communicate with empathy and confidence, think proactively, and can pivot when needed. You take ownership, build trust quickly, and enjoy helping both clients and teammates succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of account management experience within a marketing agency.
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms.
