Partnerships Manager, Australia & New Zealand
Quick Summary
better prep, sharper outreach, cleaner reporting. Report clearly on pipeline, partner performance, and key metrics. 3+ years in partner account management, partnerships, sales or marketing. Sports,
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to own Veo's go-to-market across Australia and New Zealand. You are Veo on the ground in the region, but focus on executing our GTM by attending events, running activations with our partners, and expanding our footprint locally. You shape the plan, decide where the budget goes, sign the partners that matter, and carry the numbers. Copenhagen will back you, but how we win in ANZ is yours to shape.
This is real strategic work. But do not expect a role where most of your week is spent on big-picture thinking. A lot of the job is staying close to your partners: regular calls, renewals, solving problems before they become problems. The best person for this role will find that energizing, not frustrating.
A big part of how we win is through what we do with our partners, not just who they are. You will be expected to drive joint activations, including events, seminars, workshops, and campaigns, that actually move the needle in the market. We want partnerships that create real visibility, adoption, and impact.
We are also a team that uses AI seriously, not as a gimmick, but as a way to move faster and think sharper. You will be expected to bring that same mindset.
Execute and shape the go-to-market strategy for Australia and New Zealand, and own the budget and spend behind it.
Own Veo's relationships with key football and rugby partners across the region: leagues, federations, associations and governing bodies. Renewals, day-to-day contact, and finding ways to deepen partnerships over time.
Build new partnerships at national and state level, leading from first conversation through to signed contract and long-term execution.
Drive market activations with partners, including events, seminars, workshops, campaigns, that build Veo's presence on the ground and convert partner reach into real growth.
Hit ARR and revenue targets through partner activations and sales enablement, including running presentations with partners to their clubs and members.
Map partner organisations and understand how decisions actually get made, so relationships sit with the right people.
Travel to tournaments, conventions and partner sites across Australia and New Zealand. Face-time matters.
Feed market intelligence back to HQ. What you hear on the ground shapes how our product and leadership teams in Copenhagen make decisions.
Use AI to move faster and work smarter: better prep, sharper outreach, cleaner reporting.
Report clearly on pipeline, partner performance, and key metrics.
3+ years in partner account management, partnerships, sales or marketing. Sports, sports-tech background preferred.
A deep understanding of the football and rugby codes in Australia and New Zealand, and a real network within them. You know how associations and governing bodies make decisions, and you know people inside them.
A track record of both closing deals and managing long-term partner relationships, not just one or the other.
Experience activating partnerships in the field. You know how to turn a signed contract into something that drives adoption at grassroots level.
Great with people, structured in how you work, and ideally experienced with project management.
Someone who uses AI as a genuine work tool. Not a buzzword; you know how to use different AI tools to be more efficient, have a high output, and solve problems.
Comfortable working autonomously. You will clearly advocate for your market, communicate across time zones, and know when to escalate.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Full ownership of a market with room to grow: your own region, your own region, your own partners, your own budget, with a global team of colleagues in Europe and the USA to learn from, and a direct line to the Global Director of Partnerships.
A product people in sport actually want, which makes the partnership work a lot easier.
Autonomy and the freedom to find your own approach.
A flat, international organisation that moves fast and does not waste your time with unnecessary processes. You will work closely with your market and visit us in Copenhagen.
