Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Shape the Future of Digital Infrastructure.

Digital Realty is one of the world's largest providers of data centre, colocation and digital infrastructure solutions, enabling customers to scale their businesses and connect to the data, technologies and ecosystems that power today's digital economy.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Sales Manager to lead our EMEA Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys the challenge of winning new business while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong customer partnerships and driving revenue growth across your assigned territory or account base. Working alongside Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial Management and strategic partners, you'll help organisations solve complex infrastructure challenges while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across your assigned territory.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to support account growth and retention.

  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Work closely with strategic partners, alliances and cloud providers to create new business opportunities.

  • Convert marketing and partner-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.

  • Deliver compelling value-based presentations to both technical and executive stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account management activities within Salesforce and Clari.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.

  • Consistently contribute towards individual and team revenue targets.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience of leading and developing sales teams is essential.

  • Excellent B2B sales experience, ideally within data centres, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, cloud or related technology sectors.

  • Proven experience in both new business acquisition and account management.

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

  • Experience working alongside partners, resellers or alliance organisations.

  • The ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders within complex sales environments.

  • Strong organisational skills and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

  • Additional European language skills such as German, French, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous.

If you're looking to join a global industry leader and make a direct impact on the growth of digital infrastructure across EMEA, we'd love to hear from you.
