We’re hiring a Client Partner to take ownership of part of our existing client portfolio and grow relationships primarily in the US market. You will be a senior, trusted point of contact for selected accounts—building executive relationships, identifying new initiatives, shaping transformation roadmaps, and translating delivery signals into concrete business opportunities.
This is not a classic Account Manager role focused on follow-ups, and it is not a pure hunter role. We’re looking for someone who can combine relationship strength, business judgment, and technology fluency—someone who acts as a real partner to the client and works hand in hand with delivery.
Responsibilities

Own growth across an assigned portfolio of existing clients: revenue expansion, account value, and long-term relationship strength.

Build and maintain relationships at Director / VP / C-suite / executive-board level.

Identify business needs, pain points, and growth opportunities proactively—not only when the client asks.

Guide clients through digital transformation roadmaps and next-step planning.

Work closely with founders, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to turn project signals into new initiatives and commercial proposals.

Run structured account reviews, backlog reviews, growth plans, and decision-oriented client meetings.

Translate client problems and delivery insights into clear internal actions.

Be present on-site with clients when the business situation requires it.

Gradually take over selected client relationships from the founders.
3+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles within software houses, IT consulting, delivery, or technology services; 5+ years strongly preferred.
Proven experience growing existing client accounts, not only acquiring new logos.
Confidence in running conversations with senior decision-makers on the client side.
Strong understanding of software delivery, technology projects, and the realities of selling complex services.
Very strong business English (C1/C2).
Meaningful experience working with US-based clients.
Readiness for travel and on-site client meetings.
Strong business maturity, autonomy, and proactive style.
Ability to speak credibly about business, technology, and delivery—not just sales.
Nice to Have
