Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet all visitors, vendors, and employees as the face of the office
- →Answer incoming general office calls
- →Coordinate conference rooms, events, meetings, and culture events
- →Manage inventory of office and kitchenette supplies
- →Assist with travel reservations, manage office calendars, and distribute mail
- →Manage coordination with vendors
- →Distribute relevant information to staff regarding local activities and events
- →Coordinate overall office organization and cleanliness
- →Assist with onboarding new employees
- →Coordinate regular office maintenance and building services
Requirements
~2 min read- 3 or more years of experience in relevant client-facing customer service role (i.e. administrative assistant or receptionist)
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge and use of Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam
- Knowledge of general business procedures and use of office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, independent thinker with ability to prioritize work
- High attention to detail and high organizational skills
