Technical Sales Engineer – Pump

We're recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer – Pump for one of our clients, a leading organization in the building materials based in Dubai, UAE. With a strong presence in the UAE market, the organization is committed to delivering reliable products, excellent customer service, and innovative solutions to its clients. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate pump features, benefits, and applications to end users, contractors, and consultants in the water treatment and swimming pool segments Understand customer requirements, including flow rate, head, fluid type, temperature, and viscosity, and recommend suitable pump types, such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps Perform pump sizing, head calculations, NPSH analysis, and pump selection using manufacturer software Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and bid documents Troubleshoot pump performance issues, recommend modifications, and provide technical support during installation and commissioning Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, and consultants to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering Minimum 8–15 years of experience in pump sales Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in selling pumps to end users, contractors, and consultants Strong technical knowledge of pumps, water treatment systems, and swimming pool applications Must hold a valid UAE driving license Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Benefits Competitive Salary Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labor Law
