About Dozuki
Dozuki empowers the frontline workforce with the expert knowledge, skills, and support they need to perform work safely, and to controlled standards. We enable manufacturing companies to connect their processes, their people, and their platforms to drive frontline digital transformation.
About the Role
Dozuki delivers immediate, high-value operational impact from day one. In this role, you build on that initial success to establish Dozuki as the enterprise-wide standard for how frontline work is documented, trained, and executed across entire manufacturing organizations.
You will own a portfolio of existing enterprise manufacturing accounts. You will grow them by finding new plants, departments, and use cases, and by turning single-site deployments into multi-facility agreements. These are complex, consultative sales. You will work across operations, quality, EHS, IT, and procurement, so you need both enterprise selling skill and a working understanding of how plants actually run.
What You'll Do
- Build and run strategic account plans for a named book of manufacturing customers, ranked by expansion potential.
- Map each customer's organization across corporate, divisions, and plants to find new champions, economic buyers, and sites that are ready to buy.
- Run qualified expansion cycles using MEDDPICC, and use Challenger-style insight to change how stakeholders think about frontline work.
- Build business cases around the metrics manufacturers care about, such as downtime, scrap and rework, time to proficiency for new hires, quality escapes, and audit readiness.
- Lead expansion from a single plant to multiple sites and then to an enterprise license. This includes multi-year pricing, procurement, and legal negotiation.
- Work with Solutions Architects to show how Dozuki fits into the customer's existing systems, such as SAP, Oracle, MES, and LMS environments.
- Work closely with Customer Success to find expansion signals early and to make sure the value delivered supports the next deal.
- Keep a clean pipeline and forecast accurately every week.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of total sales experience, including 2+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive
- 2+ years selling into the manufacturing sector
- 2+ years selling SaaS or PaaS software
- Prior experience as a BDR or SDR
- A track record of closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and procurement involved
