We’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Senior Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Demand & Supply team, this role plays a critical part in enabling sales success through data-driven insight, performance analysis, and operational excellence.
 
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to optimise sales performance, improve processes, and unlock growth opportunities for global advertisers. This is a highly impactful role that sits at the heart of our commercial strategy—helping to shape how we measure success, identify opportunities, and scale effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
