Tele Sales Executive Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives About the Role We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating new business, opening Demat & Trading Accounts, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to convert leads into clients. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain the company's Demat & Trading Account services and investment-related offerings. Generate and acquire new clients through effective telephonic communication. Assist prospective clients in opening new Demat & Trading Accounts. Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to maximize conversions. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding account opening and services. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth account-opening and onboarding processes. Participate in sales campaigns and initiatives to generate new business. Maintain professional communication with clients at all times. Candidate Requirements Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, business development, or sales. Experience in stock broking, financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Basic knowledge of the stock market and Demat/Trading Accounts is preferred. Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
