Farm Animal Retail Sales Representative (Fixed Duration Employment)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or agricultural related field  

• Experience: 3+ years of industry experience or former Elanco Intern

• Experience in sales in the animal health industry  

• Strong Leadership Skills  

• Effective Communication skills (verbal and written)  

• A very strong passion for animal agriculture

• →Understand customer needs to provide solutions/value via Elanco products 

• →Territory planning and analysis including account planning and budget management 

• →Ability to work cross-functionally across teams with strong communication skills internally & externally 

• →Constantly curious and aware of learning opportunities  

• →Data-driven, constantly benchmarking and understanding customer needs 

• →Active listing and can-do attitude to drive results 

• →Customer-centric and socially aware of key stakeholders  

• Travel: This territory will require extensive travel, approximately 2-3 nights per week  

• US Remote: Field-based role in which you operate from your home but serve customers in a predefined area 
• Location: TBD
