We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Warm Caller) Work from Home | Full-time | Salary + commission will depend on applicants’ skill set and experience Do you love having a chat and making genuine connections? We're on the lookout for a confident, friendly Warm Caller to help us reach out to potential clients who have already expressed interest in our services. Warm leads are waiting for a follow-up from someone like you! Your Role: Call warm leads and spark engaging conversations Qualify potential clients based on a short script Build trust and rapport—no hard selling involved Set appointments or pass on details to our Closer team Keep notes updated and organised What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in phone-based sales or customer service, ideally in high-ticket or warm caller roles. • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven without being pushy. • Consistent track record of meeting KPIs or conversion goals. • Able to work independently, manage pipelines, and follow up professionally. • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working from home. • Clear, friendly Aussie or neutral English accent.
