Performance will be evaluated based on qualified meetings held, meeting quality, opportunities created, clients closed from your pipeline, prospecting activity, conversion rates, CRM discipline, consistency, and communication.

We're looking for someone who is competitive, consistent, coachable, resourceful, and confident on the phone.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a growing company rather than simply find their next short-term sales job.

Candidates should be prepared to complete a practical sales evaluation, which may include:

Cold-call role play
Objection handling
Prospect research
Written outbound messaging
Discussion of previous sales metrics and quota attainment

We're less interested in how impressive your résumé looks than in whether you can actually generate opportunities.
