Join Our Growing Southeast Florida Team

Entrusted is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Damage Consultant) to respond to warm leads in West Palm Beach and the surrounding areas - Stuart, Jupiter, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale - helping homeowners recover from water, fire, and mold damage. No cold leads, you're meeting clients who already need us.

Responsibilities

Respond to leads by visiting client homes in your service territory
Assess damage and propose solutions clients can trust
Build rapport through honest, informed conversation
Follow up on open questions and next steps
Communicate with internal team members throughout the job
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and integrity
Driven, competitive, and coachable
Comfortable with face-to-face selling
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within a fast-paced, service-oriented industry preferred

What We Offer

$50,000 - $60,000 base plus commission (OTE $100,000)
