Sales Representative

  Develop relationships with (local) retailers and promote Envipco as a supplier of RVMs (Reverse Vending Machines).

• →

  Build a database of potential clients within the assigned area of responsibility.

• →

  Ensure records of all small and medium-sized retailers in the assigned area are maintained.

• →

  Conduct market research in both rural and urban areas to identify local store chains and potential clients.

• →

  Create a local strategy to increase market share and aim for a market leader position in the region.

• →

  Negotiate sales terms and maximize turnover.

• →

  Ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

• →

  Serve as the communication link between key clients and internal teams.

• →

  Resolve any issues faced by clients.

• →

  Prepare regular financial reports for each client, highlighting key results and business growth opportunities.

  Regularly visit clients and perform fieldwork to increase turnover with covered stores.

  At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector (familiarity with local retail networks in the allocated area).

• →

  Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

• →

  Computer skills – MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• →

  Fluency in both English and Polish (spoken and written) is required.
