Outside Sales Manager

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $120,000–$140,000+)

Our client is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered coutnertop stone in Florida and Michigan with multiple locations and expanding. They are renowned for the high quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and Porcelain slabs.  They are seeking an energetic and driven  Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts and expand market presence in the Tampa region. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and personalized customer engagement. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic sales team, foster strong partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
